Old Fart pulls out in front of me so late/close to my arriving at intersection that I could only swerve out into the center turn lane to avoid smashing into him. He of course was used to the horn honking response I managed as I let off the gas pedal, as he was flipping me off through his already rolled down window. He held this single-fingered salute for a block or more.
